🚀 Open Nexus Product Update (June 25, 2026) – Notification Preferences, Flexible POL/POD Changes & Enhanced Booking File Header

Hi everyone,

We're excited to share a few new improvements that make managing your Booking Files even more flexible and informative.

🔔 Notification Settings

You now have full control over the notifications you receive.

If there are certain notification types you don't need, simply turn them off in your Notification Settings. This allows you to personalize your notification experience and reduce unnecessary alerts (See the attached GIF for a quick walkthrough.)

🌎 Update POL & POD After Booking File Creation

You can now update the Port of Loading (POL) and Port of Discharge (POD) even after a Booking File has been created.

To preserve traceability without breaking existing references, whenever the POL or POD is changed to a different UN/LOCODE, the Booking File's NexusID will automatically receive a change suffix:

• Original: SFCL-DEHAMCNSHA-32
• First change: SFCL-DEHAMCNSHA-32-C1

This provides a clear indication that the routing has changed while maintaining continuity for existing references and communications.

🏷 More Information in the Booking File Header

We've enhanced the Booking File header to display additional key information at a glance.

New tags now include:

• PO Number(s)
• Cargo Ready Date (CRD)

These tags appear alongside the existing shipment details, making important information easier to access without opening additional sections (See the attached screenshot below.)
