The Overview Page
The Overview is the module's landing page. It answers one question: what is the current state of the organization's booking notes, and is anything waiting for action? It shows counters and a short list of recent activity. It is not a working list — for that, use Using the Requests List.
Freight Forwarder view

Pending Review is the one to watch. It is labeled Needs your action because those booking notes are stalled until someone reviews them. The counters update as statuses change; no page refresh is needed.

Everything currently awaiting a decision, with the details needed to triage it:

Select a row to open the booking note and review it. Select View All at the top right of the table to open the Requests list filtered to Pending Review.
Recent Requests table
The most recent booking notes regardless of status, with the same columns as above plus Status. Useful for confirming that something arrived, or for returning to a booking note opened a moment ago. View All opens the full Requests list.

⏳ Coming soon — a Changes Requested counter and its matching table, for booking notes a Freight Forwarder has sent back with feedback. Neither is available yet.
Recent Requests table
The organization's most recent booking notes with their current status. Select a row to open one, or View All to go to the full Requests list.
Because Under Review booking notes are read-only for Shippers, this table is mainly for tracking. Corrections after submission have to go through the Freight Forwarding Agent directly.
Creating a booking note from here
The + New Request button sits at the top right of the Overview page for both roles. It opens the same creation modal as the button on the Requests list. See How to Create a Booking Note.
When there is nothing to show
Before any booking notes exist, the counters show zero and both tables show No Data. This is expected on a new account and does not indicate a problem.
