6. Managing and Updating Your Shipment Booking File

Once your file is created, it becomes a live working document.

You can update:

• Shipment details
• Parties
• Container information
• Schedule

All updates are visible in real time to all users linked to the file.

Hint:
Additional fields become available during editing as the shipment progresses. For example, under basic shipment details (HBL, MBL, PO numbers), container details (container number, HS code), and schedule details (schedule status).
