🚀 Open Nexus Product Update (July 30, 2026) – Saved Views, Notification Filters & Directory Enhancements

Hi everyone,

We're excited to share another Open Nexus update with new features and improvements designed to help you personalize your workspace, find information faster, and collaborate more efficiently.

⭐Saved Views for Booking Files & Notifications

One of our most anticipated features is now available!

You can now create Saved Views for both the Booking File and Notification view tables by selecting, arranging, and saving your preferred table columns.

Saved Views can be created as:

• My View – Your own personal saved view.
• Organization View – Shared with everyone in your organization, allowing teams to use the same table layout.

This makes it easy to switch between different column layouts without having to rearrange your table each time.

Coming Soon: Saved View Filters

We're already working on the next enhancement to Saved Views.

Soon, you'll be able to save filters alongside your column selection and arrangement, allowing you to create customized views for different purposes—for example, by office, POL, customer, or shipment type—and share them with your organization.

🔎 Notification View Table Filters

Filtering is now available on the Notification View Table, making it much easier to find the notifications you're looking for.

Filters are currently available for Booking File ID, Received On, Container Numbers, Agent, Shipper, Consignee, POL, ETD, POD, and ETA, helping you quickly narrow down notifications based on the information that matters most.

Coming Soon: Advanced Filters

We're continuing to expand filtering across Open Nexus.

Advanced Filters will soon be available for both the Booking File and Notification view tables, bringing filtering to all supported columns along with filter conditions such as Contains, Does Not Contain, Is, Is Not, and more for an even more powerful and flexible filtering experience.

🌐 Organization Roles Now Visible in the Directory

We've added an Organization Role column to both the Public Directory and Private Directory.

You can now immediately see whether an organization is a Freight Forwarder, Shipper, Consignee, or another organization type directly from the table, without opening the preview. This reduces clicks and helps you identify the right organizations more quickly.

💬 Improved Message Preview

We've continued refining the message preview experience introduced in our previous release.

Message notifications now provide a clearer, more intuitive preview when you hover over them, with improved styling and better readability. The sender's name is also included, making it even easier to identify conversations before opening a Booking File.
